However, as a language teacher who had studied linguistics, I wanted ...to try it. Of course, I had to adapt it to suit the needs of the students, but I found it worked well. It was useful and fun, and it gave students a strong sense of structure.
This series of videos is developed from my experiences in the classroom. It is not transformational grammar for linguists; it is for students who want to gain confidence in understanding English sentence structure. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful!
